If you want your life to be a magnificent story, then begin by realizing that
you are the author
everyday you have the opportunity to write a new page.
It’s easy to cry ‘bug‘ when the truth is that you’ve got a complex system
sometimes it takes a while to get all the components to co-exist peacefully.
“To succeed in life, you need two things: ignorance and confidence.”
“Life is inherently risky.“
There is only one big risk you should avoid at all costs, and that is the risk of doing nothing.
A healthy social life is found only, when in the mirror of each soul
the whole community finds its reflection
and when in the whole community the virtue of each one is living.
“A community is like a ship; everyone ought to be prepared to take the helm.”
Don’t mind criticism.
If it is untrue, disregard it; if unfair, keep from irritation; if it is ignorant, smile;
if it is justified it is not criticism, learn from it.
As your faith is strengthened you will find that
there is no longer the need to have a sense of control, that things will flow as they will,
and that you will flow with them,
to your great delight and benefit.
Life does not consist mainly, or even largely, of facts and happenings.
It consists mainly of the storm of thought that is forever flowing through one’s head.
“To one who has faith, no explanation is necessary.
To one without faith, no explanation is possible.”
“Chaotic action is preferable to orderly inaction.”
You may never know what results come of your action, but if you do nothing there will be no result.
And remind yourself that this very moment is the only one
you know you have for sure.
Its not stress that kills us, it is our reaction to it.
